Healthy mouth, healthy body, healthy life

Meet The Team

Our Dedicated Team

Sam, Office Manager

I grew up in the beautiful province of Newfoundland! I chose the dental field because I’m passionate about making a difference in people’s lives throughout the many stages of life. Dental work allows me to build relationships while promoting overall health and well-being—the best of both worlds! My dental philosophy is centered around building strong, trusting relationships with my patients. I believe in clear communication and ensuring that patients fully understand their treatment options and our services’ value. I focus on delivering high-quality care while maintaining a streamlined and efficient practice. I am committed to continuous improvement—both for myself and my team—so we can continuously adapt to meet the needs of our patients and provide them with the best possible experience and car

I love my team, they all mean so much to me. I love volunteering and being involved in the community. Being in a small town it’s great we can give back and support our members.

Outside of work, I enjoy hanging out with my dogs, tinkering on my acreage, and enjoying nature!

Breanna, RDA

I was born in Red Deer, Alberta, and raised on a cattle farm near Spruce View. My passion for dentistry stems from my desire to make a meaningful impact on patients’ oral and overall health. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping people achieve a confident, healthy smile.

As a registered dental assistant and leader of our sleep team, I take pride in expanding my expertise and providing top-quality care. Working at Dentistry On 43 gives me endless opportunities to grow—both professionally and personally. My philosophy is simple: treat every patient like family.

Nadine, Admin

I was born in Sudbury, Ontario, and raised in the nearby town of Chelmsford. I have always loved being part of a close-knit community. I spent 15 years working in healthcare in the Northwest Territories before moving to Alberta to build our dream home and acreage and raise our little family. My passion for working with the public led me to the dental field, where a friend introduced me to an exciting new aspect of health care. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and two dogs, enjoying outdoor activities like camping, quadding, four-wheeling, boating, paddleboarding, and sitting around the fire. My family is also actively involved in community sports and local events. I believe that good health starts in the mouth, and I’m grateful to be part of a team that helps patients maintain their best smiles.

Holly, RDA

My name is Holly, but my coworkers call me “Hol”! I was born in Grande Prairie, Alberta, and raised on a hobby farm in Valhalla. After graduating from Beaverlodge Regional High School in 2015, I worked various jobs before finding my way into the dental field as a sterilization technician. My passion for dentistry, especially orthodontics, led me to become a Registered Dental Assistant through the Risio Institute for Digital Dental Education. I have been part of Dentistry On 43 since its beginning on August 9, 2021, and I primarily focus on Invisalign, helping patients achieve their dream smiles. The most rewarding part of my job is easing patients’ dental anxiety and making their experience as comfortable as possible. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors—whether it’s hiking, camping, quadding, or relaxing on a sunny beach. For me, a confident smile is a beautiful smile, and I love being part of a team that helps people feel great about theirs!

DAW - Headshots-Emily
Emily, RDA

I was born and raised in Beaverlodge, AB, and my passion for dentistry began in high school. I had the opportunity to shadow Tracy (RDH) and Shayla (RDA) at their previous office, which sparked my interest in pursuing a dental career. After graduating from high school in Beaverlodge, I spent a couple of years studying sciences before joining Dentistry on 43 in May 2023 as a chairside assistant. In September 2023, I began the Risio program and successfully graduated in December 2024. Most recently, I completed my IV Sedation Assistant course in March 2025. Currently, I’m especially interested in learning more about dental implants and the transformative impact they have on patients’ lives. My approach to dentistry focuses on creating a personalized and comfortable experience, ensuring open communication and clear explanations. I love educating patients and helping them feel confident that we always have their best interests at heart. I’m also incredibly grateful for my amazing team—we have such a supportive and fun work environment! Outside of work, I love camping with my boyfriend and our two mini Australian shepherds. We frequently go quadding in the mountains, and in the winter, I enjoy playing hockey whenever I can!

Piper, Treatment Coordinator

I was born in Saskatoon, SK, and grew up in various places across Saskatchewan and Alberta due to my dad’s work. In 2020, my boyfriend and I moved to Beaverlodge after purchasing our first home together. I’ve always been interested in dentistry, so when I landed a job in the field, I was excited to dive in and learn as much as possible. My focus is on creating a smooth and welcoming experience for both patients. I believe in providing compassionate, patient-centered care while. Clear communication, organization, and a collaborative environment are key to helping our team deliver the highest quality care. My goal is to ensure every patient feels valued. Recently, my boyfriend and I bought a quarter section of land in Elmworth, where we plan to build our dream home and start our forever farm in the coming years. Outside of work, I enjoy spending my time fishing, hunting, camping, hiking, and playing with my two Labradoodles, Mabel and Bee. During the summer, you’ll often find me at Williston Lake, chasing after monster lake trout most weekends.

Shayla, RDA

I grew up just outside of Beaverlodge, and my family is rooted in the County of Grande Prairie and Beaverlodge area. Now, I’m proud to call Beaverlodge home, especially as I prepare for an exciting milestone—getting married this June! In 2020, I graduated from Calgary’s Columbia College with a diploma in Dental Assisting, and I love working in my hometown, where I get to see so many familiar faces every day. Outside of work, I make the most of sunny days by spending time outdoors, especially river boating and camping. This past winter, I enjoyed tackling new projects on the home we bought last year, making it truly our own.

Coleen, Admin

I was born and raised in the beautiful Creston Valley of British Columbia on an Apple Orchard. I chose Dentistry because the first step to good self-care starts with great oral health! If I had to describe my dental philosophy it would be: “You’re never too young to use Sensodyne”. I love working at Dentistry on 43 because Dr. Woods has put together a great team! There’s always lots of laughter and encouragement.
