First time visit to Dentistry on 43. I rarely give a review unless a place has provided exceptional service, having said that, every person that assisted me in my visit was friendly and professional and treated me with dignity and respect which is rarely found these days. Stacey did my X-rays and cleaning and as I suffer from TMJ that can be quite painful she was not only gentle and thorough she gave me a type of correction/massage in my mouth that released tension in my jaw muscles and explained the procedure so I can do it myself, such kind, compassionate care. She also found a couple of areas on my back molars that had hard, dark plaque below the gum line that she was able to remove that were starting to give me sensitivity and have obviously been missed in several years of prior cleanings, her consciousness and intuition led her to correct this oversight and have saved me from painful, costly procedures in the future. I can’t thank her enough, best cleaning I’ve received in my 72years! Dr. Reuther was also kind and considerate as she reviewed my dental needs with me, her exam was gentle and considerate everything you would want from your Dentist, I was put at ease and felt in good hands. And then, because my recent care has been provided by various dental offices across two provinces, I hadn’t given them all the information they needed to determine an accurate quote for my billing and found my X-rays would not covered by my insurance after they provided my quote, and they removed the charge from my bill, how exceptional is that! And finally, the young lady at the front counter was then so helpful as she provided me with a phone number to check whether I had actually had X-rays done and if so by what office, and internet sites to obtain coverage I was not accessing that must be applied for! Thank you all for a wonderful experience, for your kind, considerate and professional care.
